Virgin call centres took it upon them selves to re brand their offices, they got help from a company named houshold design and let them pretty much get too it. The reason; because the average age of a call centre employee is 23 and what 23 year old is going to get a kick out working in a shabby shit office with one of those funny monkey posters on the wall or a talking fish clock...
